Online Course

A guided experiential journey into understanding and coming into relationship with the parts of you that shaped your life.
You've spent years trying to fix yourself.
You've read the books. Listened to podcasts. Tried to think your way out of feelings and patterns. And yet here you are — still battling the anxiety, the people-pleasing, the inner critic that never stops, the numbness that arrives uninvited.
What if the problem was never that something is wrong with you?
What if the problem is that no one ever taught you how to understand what's happening inside you?
What if nothing is actually wrong with you?
The anxiety that won't quiet down. The perfectionism that drives you. The self-criticism that follows you into every room. The numbing, the control, the people-pleasing, the shutting down.
These aren't evidence that you're broken. They're parts of you and every one of them took on its role for a reason. They are adaptations, not failures. Strategies a younger version of you invented to survive circumstances that required more than a child could handle.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic framework that treats every part of you — even the most painful ones — as worthy of curiosity and compassion. It doesn't ask you to fight yourself. It asks you to listen.
This course teaches you how.
What's Inside
8 modules. 30 lessons. One journey inward.
Module 1 — You Are Not Broken
Reframe your inner world. Learn the language of parts. Discover that your most difficult patterns have been trying to help you all along.
Module 2 — Getting to Know Your Parts
Meet the parts that show up most in your daily life. Learn to notice them in your body. Begin to see the inner conflicts that keep you stuck.
Module 3 — Meeting Your Managers
Go deeper into the proactive protectors — the critics, the perfectionists, the planners, the pleasers. Understand what they're guarding and why they can't stop.
Module 4 — Meeting Your Firefighters
Meet the reactive protectors — the parts that numb, rage, binge, and shut down. Learn the architecture of shame and how to approach these parts without adding to the pain.
Module 5 — Self-Energy
Discover the compassionate core beneath the noise. Learn to unblend from parts, access Self-energy, and build the foundation for deeper healing.
Module 6 — Meeting Your Exiles
Approach the most vulnerable parts of your system — the inner children carrying the original wounds. Learn what they need, what they carry, and how to witness their pain without being consumed by it.
Module 7 — Mapping Your Inner System
Bring it all together into a comprehensive map. Apply your understanding to relationships and triggers. Learn to read the signals your system has been sending you for years.
Module 8 — Integration & Sustaining the Practice
Design a sustainable practice for life after the course. Learn when to seek support. Carry this framework forward — not as a project, but as a way of being.
Everything You Need For The Journey
Each module includes:
→ Video teaching lessons — 30 in-depth video lessons designed to be watched at your own pace. Not lectures — conversations. Each one teaches a concept and then helps you experience it.
→ Guided meditations — Carefully designed practices for meeting parts, unblending, and building Self-energy. Recorded with generous pauses and a tone that feels like sitting with someone who understands.
→ Client handouts and reference guides — Beautifully designed materials you'll return to again and again. The Architecture of Shame. The Irreducible Needs of a Child. The Parts Identification Checklist. The Working With Your Parts pocket reference. These aren't throwaway PDFs — they're tools for a lifetime.
→ Experiential exercises — This is not a course you passively consume. Every module includes hands-on practices: parts interviews, body dialogues, compassionate witnessing, creative writing exercises, and more.
→ Journaling prompts — Thoughtful, specific prompts designed to deepen your connection to the material. Not generic self-help questions. Prompts that meet you where the teaching landed.
→ Live group sessions and Q&A's — Community matters. Hearing others describe their parts, patterns, and breakthroughs normalizes your experience and reminds you that you're not alone in this.
The Shift
"I'm broken" becomes "I adapted to survive."
"What's wrong with me?" becomes "What happened to me?"
"I need to fight this" becomes "I need to listen to this."
"I should be over this" becomes "This part still needs my attention."
"I dislike this about myself" becomes "I understand why this part exists."
This isn't positive thinking. It's a fundamental shift in how you relate to your own inner world — from war to understanding, from judgment to curiosity, from isolation to relationship.
Who is This For
This course is for you if:

You've spent years fighting yourself and you're ready for a different approach.
You recognize that your patterns aren't random — they're trying to protect you from something — and you want to understand what's underneath.
You're drawn to psychology that is compassionate, not prescriptive. That meets you where you are instead of telling you where you should be.
You want to slow down, turn inward, and begin meeting the parts of yourself you've been avoiding.
You don't need to be in crisis. You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to be willing to get curious about what's happening inside you.
A note about what this course is — and isn't.

This course is educational and experiential. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for individual clinical work.
If you are currently in crisis, managing active trauma symptoms, or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, this course is best used alongside the support of a trained therapist — not as a standalone resource.
The material in this course can stir strong emotions. That's part of the process. But if you find that the work consistently overwhelms your capacity to stay grounded, that's not a sign of failure — it's a sign that deeper, one-on-one support would serve you well.
This course is designed to be a foundation — whether you continue the work on your own, with a therapist, or both.
You Are Not Your Thoughts, Behaviors, or Emotions
You Are The One Who Can Hold Them All
The child inside you has been waiting — not for someone else to come and save them, but for you. For the adult you are now. For the Self that was always there, hidden beneath the protectors.
Healing doesn't begin by fixing what's broken. It begins by being curious about what's been carrying so much for so long.
