Online Courses
Designed for those ready to deepen their understanding of themselves, our IFS online course brings the transformative power of IFS into a guided, self-paced learning experience. You'll explore the foundational principles of IFS—how your inner system is made up of parts, each with its own role, story, and intention—and begin building a relationship with them rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. Through reflective exercises, guided practices, and real-world application, you'll learn to recognize the protectors that keep you guarded, the exiles that hold your deepest wounds, and the Self energy that has the capacity to hold it all. This course isn't about acquiring information for its own sake. It's about creating a living, felt experience of what it means to lead from your True Self. This course offers a structured path toward greater self-awareness, inner harmony, and lasting change—all from wherever you feel most at home.
Individual Coaching
For those who are ready to go deeper, IFS coaching offers the kind of personalized, one-on-one guidance that self-study alone can't provide. In these sessions, you're not just learning about your parts—you're actively working with them in real time, with a trained guide alongside you. Together, we slow down and turn toward what's been difficult to face on your own: the patterns that keep repeating, the inner critics that won't quiet, the parts of you that have been running the show for longer than you realize. With steady support and the safety of a held space, we help you access the parts that need to be witnessed and gently unburden what they've been carrying. This is where insight becomes embodiment—where understanding your system shifts into actually experiencing freedom within it. Whether you've completed our online course and want to take the next step, or you simply know that you do your best work with someone walking beside you, coaching meets you in the places you can't quite reach alone and helps you find your way back to Self.
Intensives
For those seeking deeper, more focused transformation, our 2–3 day intensives create the space to step fully into the healing process without the constraints of weekly sessions. Over the course of several days, we slow down and work closely with your internal system—following the parts that hold pain, protection, and long-standing patterns that may have been difficult to reach in traditional therapy. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) as the foundation, we integrate powerful brain-body approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic trauma work to help the nervous system process experiences that talk alone cannot resolve. Intensives allow us to stay with what emerges, move at the pace your system needs, and support meaningful shifts as protectors soften and deeper healing becomes possible. This work is designed for those who are ready to go beyond insight and experience real movement within their inner world—releasing what has been held for years and reconnecting with the calm, clarity, and compassion of the Self that has always been there beneath the surface.
