Family Intervention

When someone you love is struggling with addiction or their mental health, the whole family carries it. We help families move from fear and exhaustion to a clear, compassionate plan, and we walk with you through the conversation that can change everything.

Who This Is For

Parents, partners, adult children and siblings who are worried about a loved one’s drinking, drug use, gambling or other addictive patterns, or about depression, anxiety, trauma or other mental health struggles they won’t or can’t address on their own.

You don’t need to have the answers, or even agree with each other yet. You only need to be willing to start.

How It Works

1 · FAMILY CONSULTATION

A free, confidential 30-minute call to understand what’s happening and what you’ve already tried.

2 · ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING

We meet with the family, gather the right people and arrange treatment options in advance, so help is ready the moment your loved one says yes.

3 · PREPARATION

Each person prepares what they want to say, grounded in love, honesty and clear boundaries, and we rehearse together.

4 · THE INTERVENTION

A guided, compassionate conversation, facilitated by Christian, inviting your loved one to accept help.

5 · ONGOING FAMILY SUPPORT

Whatever the outcome, your family receives support for its own healing, boundaries and recovery.

Our Approach

Rooted in Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed care, we understand addiction and mental illness as protective strategies, not character flaws. Our interventions are invitational rather than confrontational: we lead with connection, keep everyone’s dignity intact, and help each family member understand the parts of them that are scared, angry or worn out.

Christian brings clinical experience from residential and intensive outpatient trauma treatment, so families are guided toward the level of care their loved one actually needs.

Take the First Step

Fees depend on the support your family needs and are discussed during your free consultation.

If your loved one is in immediate danger, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
